2012 Goals: Part 2

I (the mama) am participating in Mom With Heart's 2012 goal setting blog series. This is for anyone and everyone whether your baby is furry, feathery, scaley or human! Please join the fun. Second Week-Wednesday January 11th-Physical goals: A weight loss program, more water, more natural food, walking-anything at all.

1. I'm hoping to workout at my office's fitness center one or two nights a week.

2. I plan to (actually I've already started) drinking more water. It tastes so refreshing and I'm getting to the point where I like it more than my Diet Pepsi!

3. I want to significantly cut my sweet intake. Diabetes runs rampant in my family. I need to be more careful.

My ultimate goal is to weigh 125 lbs.
